Payment:
We accept immediate payment via US PayPal accounts. PayPal allows you to pay using a major credit card or direct transfer from your checking account.
Shipping:
All packages are mailed via USPS. Insurance will be included for fragile or valuable items.
Packages will be sent within 2 business days of verified receipt of payment.
Domestic US Shipping:
Your shipping quote is stated in product description page. Insurance will be included for fragile items and items of value. You will receive tracking and delivery confirmation. Your package will be wrapped carefully and securely for a safe arrival.
Refunds and Exchanges:
Collectors Haven does not accept returns unless the item received does not match the item purchased or the item has been misrepresented. We make every effort to represent the items truthfully. The items listed are always in very good or excellent condition. Any flaws will be listed in the product's description and will be shown in the pictures.
